There is no minimum order value. Delivery will be attempted the next working day for items that are in stock. Order deadline for attempted delivery next day is 5pm.
There is a delivery charge of £7.99 for all orders under £30
We want you to be delighted with your order, but occasionally something may go wrong and you need to return an item for a full refund.
In the event you need to return an item please contact our Customer Care team on 01689 878182 between 9 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and we will be only too happy to help.
If our product is found to be faulty then Refax Systems Ltd will issue a refund or free of charge replacement subject to receipt of an approved batch identification code and evidence of fault from the product. There will be no charge for return of faulty goods if a collection is required. We can only accept return of goods with a valid Refax returns reference which will provided by our customer service team. Please note that if our product has been disposed of without our express written permission before we have had reasonable opportunity to inspect or rectify, we reserve the right to withdraw all warranties, further support and any refunds or other financial compensation.
